MFA Exhibition
The final act for MFA Design graduates is a collaborative effort to design, brand, and produce a professional exhibition showcasing their thesis work. Shown here are conceptual models and graphics used as placeholders. Known Otherwise: Design as Sensemaking in Times of Uncertainty speaks to six designers entering an established field and declaring, “we know something else” something
worth contributing.

Wander Trail Application
Designed to help users discover, plan, and compare hiking trails around the world, Wander prioritizes core UX/UI principles: accessibility, navigation, and simplicity. Developed using user personas, a robust content inventory, and iterative user testing, this mobile app reflects a commitment to usability and ease.

Selected Work for Prospectus
Published as a way to document and collect compelling works from the College of Architecture and Design at the University of Houston, Prospectus features Lauren Campbell and Adrienne Brown’s exemplary design work among other architectural designers.

Digital Design Archive
In response to the fast-paced culture of design studios, Digital Design Archive serves as an introductory resource for new designers, highlighting overlooked and foundational design stories. The identity incorporates 3D typography to reflect the archive’s hybrid approach to design. A primary focus was creating visuals that feel approachable and distinctive, while allowing the historical work itself to remain at
the forefront.

Bosnia and Herzegovina Ruins
Across Mostar buildings lie in ruins. These crumbled forms are a constant reminder to residents of a war torn country and instability. This modular installation seeks to allow individuals to reoccupy these spaces and start to shift the building’s narrative with musical programming and color.

CNC Wood Type
This wood block signature references the lineage of print makers from the University of Texas. As an homage to print making and exploring new technologies with analog methods, this project focuses on fabrication and the limitations of modern machines.

Voting Poster - Youth Engagement
Designed using wood typefaces from Rob Roy Kelly’s collection, this poster evokes a classic Americana aesthetic with a contemporary edge. The use of risograph printing introduced vibrant, layered textures that gave the composition a youthful energy—aimed at engaging new voters on campus with bold typography, color, and immediacy.
